• Any perishable goods or items accepted is at owner's risk. The shipping agent will not be responsible for any items damaged/destroyed or seized by UK Custom Border Agency.
• Please note that disruptions to delivery times beyond our control cannot be compensated for, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• INSURANCE: Our insurance only covers up to 30,000 or 50 for any loss or damaged item per consignment.
• Collection of cargo only at our depot, 609 London Road, Grays, Essex Rm20 3BJ. Depot to depot only, not door to door.
